Roadhouse (the trading name of Nathan Garland) is a commercial photography and videography service based in London, United Kingdom. Contact: info@roadhouselondon.com.
When you use our contact form, newsletter signup, live chat, or email us directly, we collect the information you give us — your name, email, company or brand, project type, and any details about your enquiry. We also receive technical analytics from this website (anonymised page views, device type, country-level location). If you save shots from one of our albums and send yourself the shortlist, we record the album, your email, and the shots saved.
To reply to your enquiry, send a quote, deliver work you've booked, follow up about a project, and improve the website. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties outside the trusted infrastructure providers below.
We use a small, named set of third parties to run the site and our inbox: Supabase (database + email hosting), Resend (transactional email delivery to us), Vercel (web hosting + analytics), Anthropic (the live chat uses Claude AI to draft initial replies), and Bunny Stream (video hosting). All process data on our instruction only.
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to fulfil the project, plus 6 years for UK tax and accounting records. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Live chat transcripts are kept for 12 months for quality and dispute reasons. Analytics data is anonymised and aggregated.
Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, restriction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you, and you can object to processing or request a copy in portable form. Email info@roadhouselondon.com — we'll respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
We use a small number of essential and analytics cookies. See our Cookie Policy for the full list and how to control them.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top tells you when the most recent change took effect. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
